The Cybex Platinum Stroller POS is a modular tool which reflects the brand's core values while considering both the consumer journey as well as the challenges faced by retailers.
Through research rounds in combination with top management, sales, marketing and retailers, we were identify a number of key issues in the market as well as the brand's vision. This information drove the design and development of a flexible tool which could adapt to a number of different scenarios from product availability and feature communication through to physical retail restrictions and consumer interaction.
